Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled
Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Operating Room team. The ideal candidate will
have a passion for patient care, excellent communication skills, and the
ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Assessing, planning, implementing, and
evaluating patient care in the Operating Room.

Collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists,
and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Providing pre-operative and post-operative care
to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
·
Maintaining a sterile and safe surgical
environment by adhering to infection control protocols and best practices.
·
Assisting with surgical procedures by preparing
operating rooms, organizing surgical instruments, and anticipating the needs of
the surgical team.

Monitoring patients during surgery and
responding to any changes in their condition.
·
Documenting patient care accurately and
thoroughly in accordance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
·
Providing education and support to patients and
their families regarding surgical procedures and post-operative care.
